Campers & Residents

Here at Century RV Park, we take pride in keeping our facilities free from crime and drugs. So, we hope all who come to stay at our park can rest assured that this park is very family friendly and you will find our staff making numerous rounds around the park to make ourselves available to any concerns or just to provide a friendly smile and hello.

RV Sites: Overnight & Long Term

Here at Century Park, we have two areas of RV sites. One area is specifically for overnight campers and the rest is for the long term residents. Our overnight camping area is closer to the facilities such as showers, laundry, restrooms, etc. Also, all of our overnight camping sites are pull through sites so weary travelers do not have to try backing into their spot. We have sites as large as 73 ft. long and as small as 30 ft. All of our RV sites are full hook-up sites with 30 & 50 amp electric, sewer, water, and cable hook-ups.

(We do have a pet policy)

For our full time resident RV sites we have gravel and concrete sites available. These sites are also full hook-up, however the majority of these long term sites are back in only, which also allows for a larger yard to enjoy. All sites do have lawn that is maintained by the park, or for a discounted monthly price residents can choose to take care of their own yard care. Concrete sites are our VIP sites and they do have an extra parking slab for the extra vehicle. We allow two vehicles to be parked on long term sites and we have overflow parking throughout the park if you have more than 2 vehicles or have visitors come into the park. There are a few different rental packages that are meant to meet a variety of residents needs. We do not accept RVs older than 15 years of age.

We welcome families and pets! We have a 2 dog limit for monthly residents. (full pet policy)

Pet Policy

We love our four-legged campers! To ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests (and wildlife), the guidelines below apply to all animals at the property (with the exception of service animals).

1. General Requirements

  • Registration: All animals must be registered at the front office upon arrival.
  • Vaccinations: Owners must be able to provide proof of current vaccinations (specifically Rabies) if requested.
  • Types of Pets: We generally allow up to two domestic dogs or cats. For other animals, please contact management for prior approval.
  • Collars: All animals must wear a collar with an identification tag or be microchipped so that if they become lost, they can be returned promptly
  • Size Restriction: No animals over 50 pounds are permitted at the campground. Exceptions are permitted at management discretion only.
  • Breed Restriction: The following breeds (including any mixed breed containing these, or that look similar to these, at the sole discretion of management) are not permitted: Pit Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Chow Chows, Huskies, Alaskan Malamutes, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Bull Mastiffs, Presa Canarios, and Staffordshire Terriers.

2. On-Site Behavior & Safety

  • The Leash Rule: Animals must be kept on a sturdy leash (maximum 6 feet) at all times when outside of your tent, RV, or cabin.
  • Supervision: Animals may never be left unattended outdoors. If left inside an RV, please ensure they are in a climate-controlled environment and are not prone to excessive barking.
  • Restricted Areas: For health and safety reasons, animals are not permitted in any common areas (ie swimming pool area, playground, communal bathrooms, or camp store) except as specifically noted (ie dog run).

3. Cleanliness & Waste

  • Pick It Up: You are responsible for immediately cleaning up after your animal. Waste must be bagged and disposed of in designated trash receptacles.
  • Landscape Care: Please discourage your animals from digging or damaging the natural vegetation.

4. Noise & Aggression

  • Quiet Hours: Campground quiet hours apply to animals too. Persistent disruption (ie barking or howling) is not permitted.
  • Aggressive Behavior: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive behavior. If an animal displays aggression toward guests or other animals, the owner may be asked to leave the campground without a refund.

5. Liability & Fees

  • Fees: A pet fee of $25 per animal per stay per night applies to rentals.

Liability: Animal owners are 100% responsible for any personal injury or property damage caused by their animals. Duck Neck Campground is not liable for any incidents involving pets on the premises.
